Aureus Medical

Aureus Medical need to profile contract medical staff in order to validate their skills and experience and match these with suitable positions. Since each profession has multiple skills and specialist skills as well a library of "Skills Check Lists" was implemented allowing users to select from a menu of available "Check Lists" and complete them on-line easily via a web-browser.

Due to the complex nature of "Skill Check Lists" and the volume of information required it was decided to streamline as much as possible the entry requirements and guide the user through step as if they were using a "Wizard"

Information is divided into "zones" for ease of understanding and color is used to visually communicate relationships and improve usability. Each step is clearly labelled and users can move back or forward as required.

The Aureus Medical Application is extensive and contains functionality that allows "contractors" to find and apply for jobs. Aureus medical also have a facility that allows users to apply to work at Aureus, (i.e. "Internal" jobs).
